Art Studio Slabbinck signs agreement with curator Stadelmaier BV

The world famous Belgian company Slabbinck, has signed an agreement with curator mr. A. T. de Putter regarding the purchase of the brand, domain name and the copyrights of all models of Stadelmaier BV from Nijmegen, which was declared bankrupt on Dec. 21, 2010. Slabbinck has also obtained the US trade marks of the logo (registration nr. 85214217) and the word "Stadelmaier" (registration nr. 85214217).
Slabbinck will manufacture the models of Stadelmaier in its workshop in Bruges, Belgium, and distribute them in its dealer network in 40 countries. The manufacturing in Romania will be discontinued. Customers will now enjoy the Stadelmaier designs, combined with the quality and dependibility of Slabbinck!
After re-establishing contacts with the Stadelmaier suppliers, we will gradually introduce the Stadelmaier models on a dedicated page on this website, as they become available.
