I received two replies 2 minutes apart confirming the order. Did I place a double order?

No need to worry, you placed the order only once! The reason why you received two confirmations, is simple : the first one was to confirm the order, the second to confirm the payment.

You might wonder why we do that. Well, here's why : the online payment is done by an online payment broker called Ogone. They work with the pop-up screen. In the past some customers have complained that they couldn't pay, simply because their browser blocked the pop-up screens and/or the fact that we transferred the customer to a third-party website. That is why we send the first confirmation, stating that we received your order, but you still have to pay. In case you are not transferred to the website of Ogone, we supply a direct link to their website to make the payment. The second e-mail is to confirm that the order went through.
