What is your return policy?
Slabbinck delivers the best quality in liturgical vestments and we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are displeased with your purchase of any non-custom merchandise, simply call your local dealer for authorization and return, within thirty days after reception. Every order is assigned to a dealer whom you can contact. His address and phone number are clearly indicated.
Which orders can returned?
- any non custom order can be returned / only standard merchandise (as shown in catalogue).
- every order can be returned for credit or replacement after prior authorization with the Return Form, which shall be sent to you through our local dealer.
When can they be returned?
Requests for returns / complaints have to be made within 30 days after the reception of the order. (UPS delivery note used as proof). Credit will not be given on merchandise returned after 30 days.
How much is the credit?
- if no mistake was made on our end, a 10% restocking fee and a 15% shipping to Belgium fee will be charged (75% credit).
- if Slabbinck made a mistake, a 100% credit note or a free replacement will be made.
How to proceed?
After your timely request for authorization & return through our dealer, a Return Form with approval will be sent, and MUST be included in the return to your local dealer.
